Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of the Minutiq app and website, and any plan you buy. Please read them; by using Minutiq you agree to them.

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. About these terms

Minutiq is provided by Minutiq ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you and agree to them on your behalf.

2. What Minutiq is

Minutiq is a study app for students preparing for NEET, JEE and similar exams. It offers lessons, practice questions, tests and study tools. It is an aid to your own study. It is not a coaching guarantee, and we cannot promise any exam result, rank or admission.

Minutiq follows the NCERT syllabus and refers to NCERT books and NEET papers. It is independent, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCERT or the National Testing Agency. Their names and marks belong to them.

3. Plans and payment

  • Some or all of Minutiq may need a paid plan. The plans, what each includes, its price and how long it lasts are shown in the app and on our Pricing page before you pay. At present we offer a 3-day trial for ₹50, which unlocks the app for three days.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees. You pay in the app, through our payment partner.
  • A plan unlocks as soon as the payment goes through, on the phone it was bought on. It is for your own personal use and can't be transferred.
  • Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and refunds policy, and delivery by our Delivery policy.

4. Using Minutiq fairly

You agree not to:

  • copy, share, sell or publish Minutiq's lessons, questions, figures or other content;
  • copy, change, take apart or reverse-engineer the app, or get around how plans unlock;
  • use Minutiq to break the law, or in a way that harms the app or other people.

5. Our content

The lessons, questions, solutions, figures, the mascot Miq, the design and the name Minutiq belong to us or to those who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them in the app for your own study, for as long as you follow these terms.

6. Accuracy

We check our content carefully: every question is solved a second time, independently, before release. Even so, mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us at support@minutiq.in and we will fix it. Always use your NCERT textbook as the final reference.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving Minutiq, so features and content may change. We try to keep the app working well, but can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes.

8. Our responsibility

Minutiq is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for exam outcomes, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Minutiq at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken, for example by copying and selling our content.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there is a problem, please write to us first and we will try to put it right. Any dispute that can't be settled that way will be decided by the courts of India.
