How you receive what you buy
When you buy a plan in the Minutiq app, it unlocks in the app as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a few seconds. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
If your plan hasn't unlocked
- Check that your phone is online, then close and reopen the app.
- If it still hasn't unlocked after 30 minutes, email support@minutiq.in with the date, the amount and the order or UPI reference. We will unlock it, or refund you under our Cancellation and refunds policy.
Where Minutiq is available
Minutiq plans are sold to students in India, and priced in Indian rupees.
