Cancellation and refunds

We want paying for Minutiq to be simple and fair. This page explains when you can get your money back and how.

Last updated 20 October 2026

The 3-day trial

The 3-day trial costs ₹50 and unlocks every lesson, test and tool for three days from the moment the payment goes through. It is a single payment. It does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

When we refund

We will refund you in full if:

  • you were charged but the plan did not unlock in the app, and we can't fix it for you;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • a problem on our side stopped you using the plan, and we couldn't solve it.

Because a plan unlocks the full app straight away, we don't usually refund a plan that has been used, except in the cases above. If something else has gone wrong, write to us anyway: we look at every request.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@minutiq.in within 7 days of the payment.
  2. Tell us the date, the amount, and the order or UPI reference from your payment receipt.
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong.

When the money arrives

Once we approve a refund, it goes back to the way you paid (the same UPI account, card or bank account). Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Plans bought through Google Play

If a plan is bought through Google Play billing, Google's refund rules also apply, and you can ask Google for a refund from your Google Play order history.
